1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 19myr1, an online entertainment platform operated by 19myr1 Group ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, games, promotions, and all other services provided by 19myr1 (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member", "Player", "you") and the Company. By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 19myr1.

2 Member Eligibility

To use the 19myr1 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You are an individual registering in a personal capacity, not as a representative of any company or legal entity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is illegal.
• You are not listed on any active self-exclusion programme or recognised gambling prohibition programme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

19myr1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be terminated immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 19myr1 Platform. Registering more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or wins.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Updating your account information promptly whenever any changes occur.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing access with any other party.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur through your account, whether carried out by yourself or by others with your knowledge.

19myr1 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. The Company's decision on such matters is final.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 19myr1 Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and local Malaysian bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered under the member's name.
• Minimum deposit limit: The minimum deposit amount is set as indicated in the Payments section of the platform. This limit is subject to change from time to time.
• Withdrawal process: Withdrawals are processed via the same method as the original deposit. Processing time typically does not exceed 24 hours once KYC verification is complete.
• KYC requirements: First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain limits require full identity verification (KYC). Required documents include a government-issued ID and proof of address.
• Third-party prohibition: 19myr1 does not accept deposits from bank accounts or e-wallets that are not registered under the member's name. Such transactions will be rejected and returned.
• Taxes & fees: 19myr1 does not charge hidden processing fees. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges which are beyond our control.

Funds deposited into a 19myr1 account are for entertainment purposes only and do not accrue interest. 19myr1 holds member funds separately from the Company's operational funds to ensure the security of your money.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

19myr1 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering requirements: Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. These requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used for specific games or game categories, as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse prohibition: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the bonus system — including contradictory betting, use of multiple accounts, or arbitrage strategies — is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.

19myr1 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company's decision regarding a member's eligibility for any bonus is final.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the 19myr1 Platform — including slots, Live Casino, bingo, and table games — have their own rules displayed within the respective game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by recognised third parties to ensure absolute fairness.
• The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game can be found in the respective game's information section.
• In the event of a technical interruption during gameplay, 19myr1 will return the relevant wager to the player's account within a reasonable timeframe.
• Wins resulting from software bugs or obvious technical errors are considered void and will not be paid out.
• Minimum and maximum wagers for each game are set within the respective game interface and may vary by game and membership status.

7 Account Security & KYC Verification

Your account security is a shared priority between you and 19myr1. As a member, you agree that:

• You must not disclose your account password to any party, including 19myr1 staff. We will never ask for your password.
• You will use a strong password and change it periodically as a proactive security measure.
• You will contact the customer support team promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

For anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and identity verification purposes, 19myr1 reserves the right to request the following documents at any time:

• A valid copy of your identity card or passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill not older than three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Additional information required to meet regulatory compliance obligations

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or termination and a hold on withdrawal processing.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 19myr1 Platform — including but not limited to the company name, logos, graphic designs, user interface, game software, text, images, videos, and audio — is the exclusive property of 19myr1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 19myr1. Use of Platform content for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 19myr1 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform, including the loss of wagers in games.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as internet infrastructure failures, third-party service provider issues or natural disasters.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including game providers, payment processors, or other service providers.

19myr1's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

19myr1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your account is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• You have abused the bonus system or engaged in manipulative wagering.
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• You have registered more than one account.
• You choose to close your account voluntarily through our customer support channel.

Upon account termination, any valid balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the original payment method within the specified timeframe, subject to KYC compliance.

11 Amendments to Terms

19myr1 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a different effective date is specified.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 19myr1 is licensed and operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through the following process:

• First tier: Contact the 19myr1 customer support team to resolve disputes directly. We are committed to resolving every issue within 10 business days.
• Second tier: If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body recognised by our regulatory authority.
• Third tier: Disputes that cannot be resolved through ADR will be referred to the appropriate court jurisdiction.

Use of the 19myr1 Platform is at your own risk. Please ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 19myr1 is not responsible for any legal implications that players in specific jurisdictions may face.
